B. Menu, Prices, and Availability

Menu items, ingredients, descriptions, images, prices, taxes, and availability may change without prior notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep this information accurate but do not guarantee accuracy at all times.

C. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable taxes and fees will be displayed at checkout. Payment is made through our third-party payment processor. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

D. Order Confirmation

An order is considered accepted only when you receive an order confirmation from us. We may cancel any unconfirmed order at our discretion.

6. Fulfillment Options

We currently offer:

A. Store Pickup (Instore)

You may collect your order directly from our restaurant at 148-01 Hillside Ave., Jamaica, NY 11435.

For pickup orders:

• You must select a pickup time at checkout
• You are responsible for arriving on time
• Orders not collected within a reasonable time may be discarded, and refunds may not be issued
• We may request order confirmation or valid identification at pickup

B. Home Delivery (via Uber Direct)

Home delivery is fulfilled by our third-party delivery partner Uber Direct.

For home delivery orders:

• You must provide an accurate delivery address and contact number
• Estimated delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed
• Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, staffing, driver availability, or other factors beyond our control
• Once the order is handed to Uber Direct, delivery is managed by them
• Relevant order details will be shared with Uber Direct to complete delivery
• Delivery-specific issues (e.g., courier delays, misdelivery, damage during transit) may be governed by Uber Direct's own policies

We are not liable for issues resulting from inaccurate delivery information you provided or from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Cancellations, Refunds, and Store Credit

A. Cancellations

Cancellations are only possible before food preparation has begun. To cancel, call +1 718-297-2201 as soon as possible. Once preparation begins, cancellations may not be available.

B. Refunds

If you receive an incorrect or materially defective order, contact us within 24 hours at alrjm11435@gmail.com or +1 718-297-2201. Please include your order number and, when possible, photos of the issue.

Refunds, replacements, or store credit are provided at our reasonable discretion. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

We may deny refunds where:

• The order was fulfilled correctly
• The complaint is based on personal taste or preference
• The issue arose after the food left our control
• The order was not picked up on time
• The issue was caused by inaccurate information provided by you
• The issue is solely attributable to the third-party delivery partner

C. Coupons and Promotions

Coupons and promotions are subject to their own terms, may have expiration dates, and may be limited to specific items or minimum order values. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time.
